4flow is hiring a Coordinator Operations in Melfi, Italy. You will oversee transportation coordination and processing for a team of specialists, ensuring value-driven exception handling and adherence to standards. You will manage daily tasks, escalation support, and regular communication with customers and stakeholders.

You should bring at least 2 years in an execution environment, leadership potential, and fluency in English and Italian to drive collaboration and growth within the team.

What your new challenge will look like

You will be hired as a Coordinator Operations for the 4flow management business line. You will take on tasks in the area of transportation coordination and processing. In particular, this will include the following tasks:

• Coordinate work for a team of Specialists performing daily exception handling for up to 3 plants
• Represent quality gate of correct prioritization, appropriate communication and application of standards in exception handling
• Support the team to achieve the results in their daily work
• 1st level of escalation for customer matters
• Process documentation, weekly status calls, comments on exceptions preparation, reporting, building a strong connection to customer & stakeholders, knowledge share within the team & outside, support of side projects, possible hyper care follow-ups of special setups
• Close collaboration with your supervisor
