4flow Italy is seeking a Manager Operations Management to lead an international team and ensure smooth daily operations in a dynamic, autmotive-focused environment. The role requires strong road-transport know-how, proven team leadership, and fluency in Italian and English.

You will optimize goods flow, monitor performance, and drive improvements using Excel and ERP systems, while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders in a global setting.

Competenze

• Master’s degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment.
• Initial experience in team management and development.
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel and ERP systems.

• Lead and develop an international team of logistics specialists to ensure daily operations.
• Optimize the daily flow of goods and guarantee exception management to the satisfaction of customers.
