Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Florence is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) for People & Culture. This 18-month program offers hands-on experience across P&C activities, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure to prepare you for future leadership within the organization.

You will work alongside the P&C team, support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and development initiatives while upholding Four Seasons standards and discretion. English proficiency required; Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in HR or Hospitality field.
• Previous internship or work experience in HR, hospitality, or people-focused environment preferred.
• Passion for people, hospitality, and creating positive workplace experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information.
• Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow.
• Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.

• Support learning and development initiatives, training coordination, and talent development programs.

• Collaborate with all hotel employees, building strong P&C support relationships.
• Gain exposure to workforce planning, performance management, compensation, and P&C analytics.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience and business objectives.
