Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a Manager in Training for the People & Culture department in Florence. This 18-month MIT program combines mentorship, hands-on experience, and cross-functional exposure to develop future leaders within the organization.

You will work with recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, and employee relations initiatives while gaining exposure to workforce planning and P&C analytics. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in Human Resources, hospitality, or a people-focused environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in English. Italian is a plus.

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a talented Manager in Training for our P&C department. As a Manager in Training (MIT) - People & Culture, you will work alongside the People & Culture team, gaining exposure to all P&C aspects while contributing to an exceptional employee experience. This 18-month development program is designed for a people-oriented individual with strong business acumen who is eager to make an impact, grow as a leader and build a successful career within Four Seasons.
