Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a Manager in Training for our Food & Beverage division. As a MIT – Food & Beverage, you will rotate across multiple outlets and departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operation while developing your leadership skills and building a strong foundation for future management opportunities.

During this 18-month development program you will gain experience, exposure, and mentorship needed to become a future leader within the organization.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, or Food & Beverage operations.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to build a long-term career in leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Natural curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• A guest-centric approach, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian

Responsabilités

• Immerse yourself in day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage Division across multiple outlets.
• Learn and embody Four Seasons service standards, creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Work closely with leaders to understand operational, financial, and people aspects of the business.
• Support the coordination of service, ensuring smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
• Develop leadership skills by assisting with team supervision, coaching, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Build partnerships with Culinary, Rooms, and other departments to deliver seamless experiences.
• Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency, service quality and overall performance.
• Gradually assume increasing responsibility, preparing for future management opportunities.

As a Manager in Training (MIT) – Food & Beverage, you will rotate across multiple Food & Beverage outlets and departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operation while developing your leadership skills and building a strong foundation for future management opportunities. Schedule & Hours:

Full-time position. As part of this role, you will be required to work a flexible schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays, in line with operational needs.
