Job summary
Limehome GmbH seeks a Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) in Milan to keep our properties in top condition and deliver an excellent guest experience. You will lead maintenance across all Milan sites, coordinate with craftsmen and external teams, and ensure HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems run efficiently in collaboration with property management.
You will also monitor the housekeeping ticket system, drive a hands-on approach, and maintain tidiness and security across the Limehome portfolio.
Qualifications
- Completed professional training in a technical profession or hotel/cleaning industry experience.
- Structured and practical approach.
- All-rounder capable of handling diverse tasks.
- Eye for detail, reliable and organized.
- Valid driving licence; speaks Italian and English.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs across properties in Milan to high standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement improvements.
- Supervise craftsmen and external maintenance teams for timely work.
- Maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in collaboration with property management.
- Monitor housekeeping ticket system and address issues promptly.
- Ensure tidiness and security of the properties.
