Job summary

Limehome GmbH seeks a Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) in Milan to keep our properties in top condition and deliver an excellent guest experience. You will lead maintenance across all Milan sites, coordinate with craftsmen and external teams, and ensure HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems run efficiently in collaboration with property management.

You will also monitor the housekeeping ticket system, drive a hands-on approach, and maintain tidiness and security across the Limehome portfolio.

Qualifications

• Completed professional training in a technical profession or hotel/cleaning industry experience.
• Structured and practical approach.
• All-rounder capable of handling diverse tasks.
• Eye for detail, reliable and organized.
• Valid driving licence; speaks Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across properties in Milan to high standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement improvements.
• Supervise craftsmen and external maintenance teams for timely work.

Shape the future of hospitality - Join us as Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) in Milan!

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• You are an important part of our operations team and are responsible for ensuring that all properties are maintained to a high standard, providing a consistent and superior experience for our guests.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.

• Independently perform routine maintenance and repair work across all properties in Milan.

• Supervise and coordinate with craftsmen and external maintenance companies to ensure timely and quality work.

• Maintain the technical management of our properties, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functioning efficiently in collaboration with our property management.

• Monitor and manage our housekeeping (HSK) ticket system to address maintenance issues promptly.

• Beyond all you are responsible for the tidiness and security of the properties.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You have completed professional training in a technical profession (ie: electrician) or have already gained experience in the hotel or cleaning industry.

• You are structured and always put theory into practice.

• You are a real all-rounder and are not afraid to take on a wide variety of tasks in a diverse area.

• You have an eye for detail, are reliable and have organisational talent.

• You have a valid car driving licence and speak Italian and English.
