McCormick is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Scandicci, Italy to lead the maintenance function within a high-performance team. You will drive improvement initiatives using TPM tools and oversee daily operations, safety, and reliability across the plant.

You will manage a technicians team, coach and develop staff, and collaborate with Engineering and Area Supervisors to ensure 100% adherence to processes and performance targets.

Competenze

• Relevant technical experience in maintenance within manufacturing, preferably food/beverage.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and equipment reliability.
• Full supervisory responsibility with coaching and staff development.
• Experience managing projects and complex improvements.
• Experience in facility management including HVAC and energy management.
