Aliaxis is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Casella (GE) plant in Italy. You will lead the maintenance team, develop maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and drive modernization projects to maximize equipment reliability, plant availability, and safety.

You will report to the Plant Director and collaborate with local and international stakeholders, suppliers and service providers. Fluent Italian and English are required; a technical degree and 5+ years in maintenance leadership are

Competenze

• Leadership and people management skills in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with maintenance strategies and reliability improvements.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate internal/external resources.
• Knowledge of health, safety and regulatory requirements in industrial facilities.
• Experience in multinational environments and plastics is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities including preventive, predictive, corrective and emergency maintenance.
• Ensure reliable and efficient production and facility equipment to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans, procedures and KPI monitoring.
• Identify issues, prioritise interventions and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate external suppliers/services.
• Lead plant modernization and technology improvement initiatives.
• Oversee plant modifications, timelines and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization in maintenance.
