Morgan Advanced Materials in Casalpusterlengo, Lombardy, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the plant's maintenance team. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and help improve reliability across site.

This shift-based role requires hands-on mechanical skills, experience with CMMS such as Maximo, reading drawings, and a collaborative, safety‑minded approach. A permanent position with training and growth opportunities is offered.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a mechanical maintenance role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience using CMMS platforms such as Maximo would be beneficial.

Mansioni

• Carry out routine, preventative, and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and identify the root cause of failures.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery and components.
• Organise maintenance activities efficiently, including selecting and checking spare parts.
• Propose practical improvement solutions and preventative measures to reduce downtime.
• Complete maintenance records accurately using Maximo CMMS, including hours worked, parts used, and technical notes.
• Support larger maintenance activities where multiple technicians are required.
• Maintain tools, workshop equipment, and maintenance areas in good order.
• Follow all site safety procedures, regulations, and safe working practices.
• Use and store PPE correctly at all times.
