Bayer is seeking a Maintenance Operations & Excellence Lead for its Garbagnate Milanese site near Milan, Italy. You will lead a diverse maintenance team, drive world-class standards, and partner with global EMEX and local stakeholders to optimize reliability and cost.

Competenze

Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent technical undergraduate degree.
5+ years (or 7+) in maintenance leadership in complex manufacturing.
Proven experience leading diverse technical teams in manufacturing environments.
