Pirelli is seeking a Maintenance Subject Matter Expert to lead standards development and training for Continuous Improvement across global factories. You will ensure effective maintenance practices, drive cost savings, and improve machinery uptime, spare parts management, and maintenance efficiency.

The role collaborates with PME teams to enhance competitiveness and promote continuous improvement culture worldwide, with international travel and cross-functional interaction.

Competenze

• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing with maintenance and Lean

Mansioni

• Develops and maintains standards and methods for Maintenance improvement; creates training material.
• Ships training as a trainer inside the Pirelli Academy to build competence at HQ and factories.
• Supports Plant Directors and improvement teams to implement standards per the Pirelli System Road Map, including on-site missions.
• Identifies best practices with stream leaders and promotes adoption across factories.
• Monitors PME implementation progress and project achievements; acts as assessor during audits.
