You will evaluate machinery health, plan overhauls or upgrades, and support maintenance teams on electrical, mechanical, and PLC issues. Competenze

• Data analysis and problem solving required.
• Lean techniques and continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Design and refine Preventative/Predictive Maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations and implement lasting fixes.
• Assess machinery health and advise overhauls, upgrades or replacements.
• Provide troubleshooting support for complex electrical, mechanical, or PLC issues.
• Oversee CAPEX projects including installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Write and update technical SOPs and safety protocols.
• Align machinery with OSHA, ISO, and EHS requirements.
