You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Digital teams to optimize maintenance plans and data-driven strategies, using Excel and basic data tools, with English for international collaboration.

About the Role

Main responsibilities

• Analyze components and subsystems of automated machinery to evaluate performance, reliability, and maintenance requirements.
• Examine maintenance and machine operation data to identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Support the optimization of maintenance plans, work instructions, and maintenance strategies to enhance equipment efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Digital functions to improve maintenance processes and contribute to digitalization initiatives across the organization.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement, with a desire to contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools, with an interest in leveraging data to support maintenance and performance optimization.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach technical challenges in a structured and proactive way.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
