G.D is seeking a data analyst to support the collection, cleansing, and validation of data from multiple business sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability across datasets, and to develop insightful reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel.

You will conduct exploratory data analyses to identify trends and opportunities, partner with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into data insights, and help automate recurring processes with SQL, Python, and Excel to improve

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field is required.

About the Role

• Support the collection, cleansing, and validation of data from multiple business sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across datasets.
• Develop insightful reports and interactive dashboards using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Excel, transforming data into meaningful information that supports business decisions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities, helping stakeholders gain a deeper understanding of business performance and key drivers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their information needs, translating business requirements into actionable data insights and reporting solutions.
• Contribute to the automation of recurring processes and reporting activities through Excel, Python, and SQL, improving efficiency, scalability, and overall data quality.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and either Python or R, with a willingness to further develop technical and analytical skills.
• A genuine interest in data analysis, digital technologies, and the role they play in driving business performance and innovation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex challenges in a structured and curious way.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
