Prysmian in Pozzuoli (Arco Felice) is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support reliability, maintenance strategies and CAPEX, ensuring safe, efficient plant operations.

The role includes the Growing in Manufacturing development program, offering on-the-job learning through process, specialty and factory rotations to build engineering expertise and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and monitor KPIs to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

Competenze

• Master's degree and 1–3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CAD 2D/3D, Minitab (or similar).

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to support the Maintenance and CAPEX Organization by improving asset reliability, developing maintenance strategies, and providing engineering expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations.

The ideal candidate will also participate in a development program called Growing in Manufacturing, focused on learning through on-the-job experience though process, specialty and factory rotations.

Key Responsabilities

Reliability

• Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes (RCA).
• Develop and implement corrective actions to improve asset reliability.
• Monitor equipment performance through KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Availability).
• Identify recurring failures and propose permanent technical solutions.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

• Develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans.

Engineering

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Industrial, Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities is considered a plus.
• Basic knowledge of MS OFFICE, CAD 2D/3D, Minitab (or similar)
• Engineering mindset with strong problem-solving and continuous improvement attitude.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.

What We Offer

• Applicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini.
• Job Level/Category in line with the applicable collective agreement.
• Gross annual salary no less than: € 30.000
• The position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives
