Thrive IT Systems in Bari, Italy, is seeking a Mainframe Developer for a full-time permanent position. You will work closely with product owners to translate business objectives into technical requirements and guide development teams through design, testing, and modification stages.

The role requires strong incident handling, problem solving in L3 support, and experience with file interfaces and protocols. You should be independent, analytical, and able to adapt to change while communicating

Competenze

Mandatory skill: Mainframe Autosys.
Experience in incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team.
Experience in projects dealing with file interfaces and protocols.
Ability to work independently and to quickly pick up necessary knowledge and technologies.
Good at communicating actively, respecting diversity in the work environment.
Working in a structured and analytical way.
Ability to adapt and react to changes.

Mansioni

Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule
Expert in finding root causes for incidents bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents
