Thrive It Systems in Bari, Italy, is seeking a Mainframe Developer for a full-time, permanent role. You will translate business objectives into technical requirements and guide developers through design, testing and deployment.

You will work with product owners to analyze change requests, ensure compliance, and maintain schedules. Strong incident handling and problem-solving skills in an L3 support environment are required, along with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Competenze

• Mainframe Autosys is mandatory.
• Experience in Incident handling and problem solving in an L3 support environment.
• Ability to work independently and to quickly pick up necessary knowledge and technologies.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
• Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
• Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule
• Expert in finding root causes for incidents bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents

Preferred background

• Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team
• Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols
• Service minded and takes responsibility within relevant working areas
• Able to work independently and to quickly pick up necessary knowledge and technologies
• Good at communicating actively appreciating and respecting diversity in the work environment
• Working in a structured and analytical way
• Ability to adapt and react to changes
