Thrive It Systems is seeking a Mainframe Developer for a permanent full-time role based in Bari, Italy. You will work with product owners to translate business objectives into technical requirements and guide developers through change implementations.

The ideal candidate has L3 incident handling experience, proficiency with mainframe platforms and autosys, and strong analytical, communication, and independent-working skills in a diverse team.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
• Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
• Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule
• Expert in finding root causes for incidents bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents

Preferred background

• Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team
• Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols
• Service minded and takes responsibility within xlwpduy relevant working areas
• Able to work independently and to quickly pick up necessary knowledge and technologies
• Good at communicating actively appreciating and respecting diversity in the work environment
• Working in a structured and analytical way
• Ability to adapt and react to changes
