Thrive It Systems is seeking a Mainframe Developer for a client project based in Bari, Italy. This full-time, permanent role involves translating business objectives into technical requirements and guiding the implementation across teams.

The candidate should have strong incident handling and L3 support experience, with familiarity in file interfaces and protocols. You will work independently, communicate effectively, and maintain a structured, analytical approach while adapting to change.

Competenze

Experience in incident handling and problem solving in a Level 3 support context.
Experience with file interfaces and protocols.
Service minded and takes responsibility within relevant working areas.
Able to work independently and quickly pick up new knowledge and technologies.
Good at communicating actively, respecting diversity in the work environment.
Working in a structured and analytical way; able to adapt to changes.

Mansioni

Work closely with product owners to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
Analyze new change requests, design solutions and guide developers in implementation.
Support development teams and supervise design, testing and modification stages.
Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule.
Expert in finding root causes for incidents and helping implement permanent solutions.
