Thrive It Systems is seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer for a client project based in Bari, Italy. This is a full-time/permanent role requiring strong experience with Mainframe Autosys and incident handling in an L3 support context.

The candidate will work with product owners to translate business objectives into technical requirements, analyze change requests, guide developers, ensure compliance, and resolve recurring incidents with durable solutions while maintaining a structured, proactive

Competenze

Experience in Incident handling and problem solving in an L3 support team
Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols
Service minded and takes responsibility within relevant working areas
Able to work independently and to quickly pick up necessary knowledge and technologies
Good at communicating actively appreciating and respecting diversity in the work environment
Working in a structured and analytical way
Ability to adapt and react to changes

Mansioni

Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule
Expert in finding root causes for incidents bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents
