Thrive It Systems is seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer for a client in Bari, Italy. This is a full-time, permanent role with responsibilities spanning requirement translation, change analysis, and incident resolution.

You will guide developers, ensure compliance, and contribute to permanent solutions for recurring incidents. The ideal candidate brings strong mainframe and Autosys experience, with the ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and adapt to changes in a structured,

Competenze

Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team.
Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols.
Service-minded and takes responsibility within relevant working areas.
Able to work independently and to quickly pick up necessary knowledge and technologies.
Good at communicating actively appreciating and respecting diversity in the work environment.
Working in a structured and analytical way.
Ability to adapt and react to changes.

Mansioni

Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements.
Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation.
Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages.
Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule.
Expert in finding root causes for incidents bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents.
