OG1201 Aero Service Technologies Italy S.r.l. seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Specialist - Machining with a strong shop-floor background to lead standardization, tooling, and continuous improvement.

You will develop Work Instructions and JSA, program CNCs, and support production with real-time troubleshooting to enhance SQDC performance on high-precision gas turbine components. The role requires CNC programming (ISO/G-code), Siemens controls experience, and NX CAD/CAM skills, plus a solid ability

Competenze

• Proven history as CNC Operator or CNC Shop Floor Supervisor/Manufacturing Support.
• CNC programming: at least 2+ years (ISO/G-code) and CAD/CAM.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens CNC controllers.
• Deep knowledge of CNC machining: lathe, milling, grinding, drilling.
• Strong ability to read mechanical drawings/blueprints and interpret tooling.
• Experience in tooling design for machining using NX.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Fluent Italian; good English reading/writing.

Mansioni

• Standardization: Develop, maintain, and update Work Instructions and JSA to ensure safe, repeatable, compliant processes.
• Process Engineering: Design, program, and implement machining processes for complex components.
• Programming & Optimization: Develop/refine CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (NX preferred) and ISO/G-code editing.
• Tooling Strategy: Standardize tooling and design jigs/fixtures for machining operations.
• Shop Floor Support: Provide hands-on technical support, real-time troubleshooting, sub-routine optimization, and process adjustments.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead process innovation to improve SQDC.
