Lincotek is seeking an experienced CNC Manufacturing Specialist to provide technical support for CNC machining operations, drive improvements, and collaborate across production, quality, and vendors. You will lead CAD/CAM work, optimize toolpaths, and develop new CNC applications.

You will troubleshoot complex CNC processes, analyze performance data, and mentor technicians and programmers while supporting ERP routings and NPI projects.

Qualificações

• Experience in CAD/CAM and CNC program management with SOPs.
• Expert level troubleshooting of CNC machining processes.
• Ability to analyze machine performance data and optimize toolpaths.
• Hands-on setup and optimization of new CNC programs.
• Support ERP process routings and part maintenance.
• Prepare cost estimates for Sales Team.
• Develop CNC processes for 5-axis milling and multi axis milling.
• Collaborate on NPI projects translating design to feasible machining.
• Stay current with CNC technology and automation trends.
• Mentor technicians and programmers on projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CAD/CAM and CNC program management including SOP development and storage.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and support for CNC processes.
• Analyze machine performance data and optimize toolpaths for efficiency.
• Set up and optimize new CNC programs and processes.
• Support ERP routings and part maintenance; produce work instructions.
• Assist Sales with cost estimation.
• Develop new CNC processes for multi-axis and 5-axis operations.
• Collaborate with customer teams on NPI projects.
• Research CNC tech and participate in tech roadmap development.
• Train and mentor staff on CNC practices and documentation.
