Coesia S.p.A. in Bologna, Italy, invites recent graduates to join its Young Professional Program (YPP) in AI. You will contribute to cutting-edge AI research, build prototypes, proofs of concept and MVPs to bring AI into industrial engineering solutions.

The program offers real-world projects with impact, dedicated training and mentorship, and a structured path to develop both technical and leadership skills in a global, innovation-driven company.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or other STEM disciplines.
• Up to 18 months of professional experience, including internships, thesis projects, research activities, academic projects.
• Good knowledge of Python and software development principles.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts.
• Curiosity towards Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Git, CI/CD, APIs or containers (e.g. Docker) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Innate aptitude for teamwork.

What You Need to Be Successful

Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from EUR 33,000 to EUR 37,000.

A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.

The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
