SoftwareOne is seeking a Microsoft 365 Migration & Identity Specialist to lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and to design secure, compliant transition strategies with minimal business disruption. You will collaborate with customers, architects, and delivery teams in a highly visible, customer-facing role.

Key focus areas include migration strategy, Entra ID management, licensing optimization, and security tooling, with a strong emphasis on governance and best-practice documentation.

Competenze

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Experience with identity and access management across Entra ID/Azure AD recommended.
• Hands-on migration tooling experience across major platforms.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Manage and troubleshoot identity and directory challenges including Entra ID and domain consolidation.
• Utilize migration platforms such as Quest On-Demand Migration, Migration Manager or equivalents.
• Assess and optimize Microsoft 365 licensing models for cost efficiency and compliance.
• Implement and support Microsoft 365 security solutions (Conditional Access, DLP, Defender).
• Support Copilot adoption and governance with best-practice guidance.
