TRIGYN TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a skilled M365 Engineer to deliver ongoing support and administration of Microsoft 365 services at the client site in Brindisi, Italy.

You will expertly manage Exchange Online, Entra ID, Defender, Purview and related messaging and collaboration tooling, leveraging PowerShell and MS Graph to automate processes and ensure governance and security. Collaboration with the DSM team and on-call duties are part of the role.

Competenze

• Extensive experience managing large, multi-site Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proven experience with Exchange Online, Entra ID, Defender and Purview.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and MS Graph automation.
• Experience with migration projects from on-premises to cloud/M365 tenants.

Mansioni

• Provide M365 tenant global administration and management.
• Administer Entra ID global policies and governance.
• Configure and manage Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Defender, Purview.
• Manage provisioning and lifecycle of Entra ID objects, licenses, and mail objects.
• Manage mail routing, hygiene, anti-malware and anti-spam protection.
• Implement and manage data retention, eDiscovery and archiving policies, and data recovery.
• Perform advanced message tracking and non-delivery troubleshooting.
• Configure identity security policies including Defender for Identity, SSO and MFA.
• Assist in responding to M365 queries from end users in remote locations.
• Participate in on-call roster for after-hours support.
• Collaborate with DSM Team Lead and other DSM members.
