World Food Programme (WFP) seeks a M365 Product Support Specialist in Rome to manage Microsoft 365 services, licensing, and governance. You will setup Power Platform and Copilot environments, oversee service health, and produce documentation for organizational use.

With 6+ years in end-user technology support and 5+ years with Microsoft cloud services, you will collaborate across teams, ensuring secure, efficient productivity tools for global colleagues in a 11-month to longer-term engagement.

Competenze

Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Professional certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Licensing Management, IT Service Management, Cloud Technologies, or related areas are highly desirable.
Certifications in ITIL, project management, scripting, business intelligence, or service management methodologies are assets.
At least 6 years of professional end-user service-oriented tech support and administration experience.
At least 5 years with Microsoft technologies and cloud services, including 365 admin and support.

Mansioni

Accountable for software licensing including assignment, optimization, renewals, forecasting, reporting, and vendor coordination.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Copilot).
Set up Power Platform and Copilot environments with users, permissions, licensing, governance.
Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, coordinate issue resolution, communicate impacts to stakeholders.
Govern SharePoint: permissions, sharing controls, archiving, compliance, stakeholder communications.
Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, knowledge articles, and administrative guidelines.
Provide high-level technical support for WFP staff meetings and events.
