Job summary

NFINANCE is an investment banking firm based in Lucca, offering a paid on-site internship in mergers and acquisitions advisory. You will join an experienced team and contribute to financial analysis, client presentations, financial modelling and business valuation.

You will also support due diligence, monitor transaction processes and conduct industry and market research. The role requires German proficiency and the ability to produce clear documents in French and English.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities and numerical fluency.
• Solid grounding in corporate finance, valuation and capital markets.
• Familiar with due diligence processes and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; clear, well-structured documents (EN/FR).
• Currently in 4th or 5th year of finance-related studies; interest in M&A.
• German language proficiency is essential.
