FTI Consulting Italy S.r.l. is offering an Analyst Intern position in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring team for an 8-week program in Lombardy.

You will join project teams, work with clients on varied engagements, and gain hands-on experience in financial and operational analysis, market assessments, and restructuring planning. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree (quantitative preferred), fluency in English and Italian, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualificações

• 8-week, full-time internship from 7 June 2027 to 6 August 2027.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline will be considered, though quantitative degrees are preferred.
• Fluent English and Italian speaker and writer; strong communication.
• Computer literate with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in project teams and work with clients on engagements.
• Research identified sectors or businesses to evaluate trends and opportunities.
• Assist in market and company analysis to identify advisory opportunities.
• Assist in financial and operational modelling to evaluate viability and profitability.
• Assist in benchmarking to assess operational efficiency and identify improvements.
• Contribute to business plans, turnaround strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Support in carve-out and integration planning and restructuring initiatives.
