Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Italy invites you to join Corporate Advisory for a 6-month internship starting 1 January 2027. You will support day-to-day pitching and transaction execution, draft marketing materials, financial models, and other materials, and participate in client meetings.

You will build valuation skills (DCF, LBO), conduct market analyses, support due diligence, and gain exposure to mid-market M&A across industries at a global Hausbank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or similar, or near completion of a Master’s in Finance.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Italian also required; PC literate.
• Highly motivated and pro-active team player.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, while applying responsible data use.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day pitching efforts and transaction execution activities.
• Draft marketing materials (company profiles, market analyses, pitchbooks) and financial models.
• Prepare other transaction related materials and assist in due diligence.
• Join deal team during client meetings for marketing and execution purposes.
