ZenaTech Inc. is seeking a M&A and Business Development Analyst to identify acquisition opportunities, build a robust target pipeline, and coordinate with brokers and advisors.

The role requires on-site presence in Milan; remote/hybrid arrangements are not available. You will manage data, perform initial evaluations, schedule meetings with senior management, and help shape strategic investments for a Nasdaq-listed technology company focused on AI drone and DaaS solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast growing technology company.
• Having experience as an intern/co-op or full-time in Sales, Corporate Development, or Business Development would be an asset

• Identify potential M&A opportunities and evaluate fit with existing models.
• Build and maintain an opportunity funnel to ensure steady deal flow.
• Build and maintain a detailed M&A broker contact list.
• Collect and consolidate company and industry data.
• Gather information on target companies from public sources.
• Build and maintain internal databases and update the team.
• Set up meetings with targets and senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with sellers and brokers.
• Identify and evaluate industry verticals for opportunities
