Christian Dior Couture in Southern Europe seeks a seasoned Visual Merchandising Manager to drive VM strategy, implement displays, and ensure brand excellence across boutiques and department stores in the region.

Reporting to the Southern Europe General Manager, you will lead a regional VM team, coordinate with Paris, manage budgets, and uphold Dior's signature presentation while supporting sales objectives.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of Visual Merchandising and people management experience within a multi-category luxury fashion house.
• Proven ability to lead an experienced and capable VM team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Availability to work late nights where required.

Mansioni

• Manage the Southern Europe VM team and ensure standards are maintained across all points of sale.
• Implement visual directives from Paris in Southern Europe points of sale.
• Build strong relationships with Boutiques management teams to align VM with business strategy and sales objectives.
• Manage Southern Europe Visual Merchandising budgets in conjunction with the Finance team.
• Source suppliers for VM implementation and production in line with Paris guidelines and budget.
• Organize all Southern Europe Visual Merchandising training for delivery by VM ambassadors in boutiques.
• Manage the seasonal changeover of window schemes.
• Organize, oversee, and manage all VM tools and suppliers.
• Oversee all VM implementation for events in Southern Europe.
• Report weekly to Paris head office on all VM activities.
