Job summary

CXG is seeking a thought leadership and market intelligence leader to shape our external voice across luxury, retail and customer experience. You will define topics, manage content, interview experts and publish across markets while guiding a small team.

The role is hands-on, remote, and collaborative with Practices, Regions and Solutions to ensure credible, data-driven narratives that elevate CXG's point of view on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing thought leadership, editorial content or insight-led communications in a consulting, research, customer experience, retail or luxury environment.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills with a portfolio of original, evidence-led articles or publications.
• Strong oral communication and presentation skills, with confidence to speak at conferences and client events.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Comfort using data and research methods to translate signals into credible narratives.

Responsibilities

• Define the thought leadership strategy and roadmap, including topics, audiences, formats and publication calendar.
• Drive content creation across Practices, Solutions and Regions.
• Research, interview internal experts, write and edit articles and perspectives.
• Ensure analysis is credible, contextualised and protects client confidentiality.
• Develop cross-market topics and a distinct CXG point of view across markets.
