PUCCI in Milan is seeking a Store Planning & Facility Specialist to support the Store Planning & Facility Manager in developing, managing and maintaining our retail and corporate spaces. The role covers new store openings, renovations, touch-ups, corners and pop ups, and facility management for Milan offices and showroom.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and align with PUCCI's luxury aesthetic standards.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in a technical field such as Surveying, Architecture, Building Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the luxury/fashion industry.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D; Adobe Suite and 3D software are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; precise and responsible.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Support the management of new store opening projects.
• Support renovation and touch-up projects for existing stores.
• Support the opening of Temporary Stores, seasonal Pop Up Stores and Corners.
• Contribute to applying Concept Guidelines aligned with Creative Direction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants and external suppliers, with focus on timing and costs.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage relationships with external suppliers.
• Ensure showroom spaces are prepared and impeccably functional with IT coordination.
