Hermès in Padua seeks a Store Manager to lead a boutique with an entrepreneurial spirit and an innovative approach. You will promote Hermès culture, drive store excellence, and ensure seamless floor operations while developing talent and delivering memorable client experiences.

The role reports to a Local Area Manager and requires a luxury retail background, Italian and English fluency, and strong leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferably with economic and management focus.
• Fluency in Italian and English. A third language will be considered an advantage.
• Proficient with Excel / IT tools.

Mansioni

• Define the commercial strategy to continuously improve the boutique performance and track KPIs.
• Liaise with the Retail Director to ensure flow of information with HQ on store and team development.
• Be responsible for buying for the Boutique’s departments and support the team to propose a buying strategy.

Conoscenze

Fluency in Italian

Formazione
