Constance Belle Mare Plage in Mauritius is seeking an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to lead a busy team in a luxury resort setting, ensuring hygiene, safety, and flawless service across kitchens, banquets, and outlets.

You will organize schedules, monitor stock, coordinate with engineering and outlet supervisors, and train staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness, discipline, and guest satisfaction in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Competenze

• Must have food handler certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel industry.
• Experience working in luxury resorts is a plus.
