Constance Belle Mare Plage is seeking a hotel professional to manage minibar operations and guest services on site in a luxury resort environment. The role involves inspecting, restocking, and recording minibar usage while maintaining inventory and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year in a premium hotel setting, strong math skills, and fluency in English with additional language abilities considered a plus.

Competenze

• Minimum of a secondary education; additional certificates in a relevant field are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to perform math calculations for minibar inventory.
• Fluency in English or another language, both written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Inspect and restock guest room minibars according to standards.
• Record guests’ consumption using established methods.
• Ensure in-room accessories and promotional materials are in place.
• Maintain stock of products on the cart and replenish daily.
• Keep storeroom neat and orderly.
• Check safety, cleanliness and tidiness of minibar relay room and trolley.
• Look after arrangement of group, VIP or special attention guests.
• Handle guest comments or feedback and discuss with Room Service Manager for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.

• Inspects and restocks guest room mini bars according to established standards.
• Accurately record guests’ consumption using established methods.
• Ensure that all in-room accessories and promotional materials are in place.
• Maintain an adequate stock of products on the cart and replenish the cart at the end of the day.
• Maintain the storeroom in a neat and orderly manner.
• Check safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the mini bar relay room and trolley.
• Look after arrangement of group, VIP or special attention guests.
• Handle guest comments or other feedback, inform and discuss with the Room Service Manager for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Middle or Secondary Education + Additional training or certificates in the relevant field is a plus.

Experience

• A minimum of 1 years of experience in hotel industry on a similar position including training.
• Proven experience working in a top luxury resorts is a plus.
• Experience working in remote island locations is a plus.

Technical skills

• Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Basic maths skills are required to maintain mini bar inventory.
• Fluency in English or another language, written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
