Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Venice seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across kitchen and back-of-house areas. You will supervise the stewarding team and support Culinary and F&B operations.

The role requires 2–3 years in stewarding, strong HACCP knowledge, and leadership with an operational mindset. Fluent Italian and English, with the right to work in Italy, and flexibility for shifts and holidays are essential.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of stewarding or back-of-house experience in luxury settings.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership with hands-on, operational approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, flexible and responsible with good teamwork.
• Clear communication in Italian and English.

• Supervise daily stewarding operations across F&B and kitchen areas.
• Lead and coordinate the stewarding team during shifts for efficiency.
• Maintain top cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across kitchens and storage areas.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and health/safety regulations.
