Constance Belle Mare Plage in Mauritius is seeking an experienced Assistant Villa Manager to support the Head of Service and villa leadership. You will oversee day-to-day villa operations, coordinate with departments, and uphold luxury service standards.

You will lead the Villa team, monitor guest preferences, manage arrivals/departures, and ensure consistent exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication, supervision, and knowledge of hospitality systems are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years' experience in villa, property, or hotel management within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven experience in staff supervision and team coordination.
• Strong organisational and time-keeping skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages desirable.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in hospitality operations.
• Familiarity with luxury resort operations and guest service expectations.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as required.
• Professional demeanour and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day villa management operations and guest experiences.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Butler/Villa Services, Food & Beverage, Engineering and other departments.
• Lead and develop the Villa team; ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain villa standards; conduct regular inspections and address deficiencies.
• Monitor guest preferences, VIP requirements and special occasions; coordinate personalized amenities.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly; follow up on feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist with villa-related administrative duties and reporting.
