Job summary

Aman Rosa Alpina is seeking a Spa Manager to lead the luxury spa, movement and wellness operations with a focus on guest engagement and financial performance. You will oversee team development, program development, and cross-department collaboration to sustain Aman’s ultra-luxury standards.

The role requires strong financial acumen, strict adherence to health and safety standards, and a passion for delivering personalised guest experiences in a high-end environment at Rosa Alpina.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of luxury spa management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Italian communication skills.
• Experience with spa operations, treatments, and wellness programming is required.
• Multilingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily spa and wellness operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Review and update spa treatments, SOPs, and service protocols.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of spa staff.
• Oversee budgeting, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hotel policies.
