Aman Rosa Alpina is seeking a Spa Manager to oversee spa, movement and retail operations. You will drive guest experiences, manage a regional spa menu, and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve revenue and service goals.

Ideal candidates have extensive spa management, financial planning expertise, and fluency in English and Italian, with strong leadership and training capabilities for a luxury resort environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of luxury spa management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of spa operations and treatments with relevant certification.
• Experienced in financial planning, budget management, and revenue growth strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Italian communication skills.
• Multilingual skills are preferred.
