Versace Capri is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Capri boutique. You will build relationships with customers, drive sales, and uphold brand standards in image, product presentation, and operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with retail systems and MS Office. You will engage VIP clients and participate in in-store events to enhance loyalty and sales performance.

Competenze

• 2+ years’ experience in retail – luxury experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills including POS systems, Word, Excel, and email.

Mansioni

• Build relationships with customers and maximize sales while maintaining store standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain stock and backroom organization; assist with visual merchandising as directed.
• Capture customer data and participate in in-store events.
• Work with management to achieve sales targets and promote the Retail Excellence Program.
