PHILIPP PLEIN is seeking a proactive team member to support our sales force in a luxury retail environment in Napoli. You will enhance client relationships, assist in driving sales, and help maintain the brand's premium client experience.

Ideal candidates have strong English, a customer-service mindset, and a passion for luxury fashion. This role offers opportunities for career growth in an iconic brand and a dynamic team.

Competenze

• Proven experience in luxury fashion sales or clienteling.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• English knowledge at B2 level or higher.

• Build and maintain a loyal client base.

• Support managers to create an inclusive client-first culture.
• Develop team product knowledge and selling culture.
• Operate store systems and procedures; expert clienteling tools.

• Experience in premium/luxury environments.
