Ferragamo is hiring a Full-Time Client Advisor for the Rome Rinascente store. You will transform client experiences into magical moments, lead on the selling floor, and drive sales with accountability, while delivering personalized service to luxury clients.

Fluency in Italian and English is essential, with a passion for style and customer-centric excellence. The role reports directly to Store Management and offers opportunities to grow within a renowned luxury brand.

• Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional language is aplus.
• Strong communication skills with empathy and client-centric approach.

You will join us in our store in Rome Rinascente as a Full-Time Client Advisor, reporting directly to Store Management.
