Borgo Pignano Florence is seeking a Revenue & Reservations Supervisor to oversee reservation handling across channels and drive revenue. You will work closely with the Reservation Manager to implement pricing strategies and optimize occupancy for both Borgo Pignano Florence and Borgo Pignano Tuscany.

The role requires at least three years in revenue/reservations within luxury hotels, strong English skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Tourism Science required.
• Minimum three years as Revenue & Reservations Specialist in hotels.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage reservations across channels (email, phone, OTA, GDS, website, agencies).
• Enter and modify reservations in PMS/CRS accurately, verify rates and policies.
• Monitor daily trace, coordinate with Front Office and other departments for special requests.
• Apply upselling and cross-selling to boost room categories, dining, and spa services.
• Operationally manage revenue activities and implement pricing strategies.
• Maintain data quality across PMS/CRS/GDS and interfaces; GDPR compliance.
