Prada Group is seeking a Stock Controller for our Tuscany boutique. You will manage incoming and outgoing goods, maintain accurate stock levels, and assist the sales team with size checks and checkout support. A strong focus on organization and customer service is essential in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a stock/stockroom role in retail.
• Highly organized, reliable and meticulous.
• Proficient with POS systems, Word, Excel and email.

Responsabilités

• Set high standards by following policies and procedures and using proper tools.
• Maintain organized stockroom and selling floor inventories.
• Support sales team with tasks like stock checks, sizing, and at checkout.
• Communicate stock levels and quality issues to management to prevent shrink.
• Handle shipping/receiving and documentation for uniforms as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels of packaging and office supplies and raise needs promptly.
• Participate in inventories and analyze results.
