Prada Group in Tuscany, Italy, is seeking a Stock Controller to join the store team, reporting to the Store Manager. You will oversee incoming and outgoing goods, manage inventory, and ensure stockroom needs are met.

You will uphold high operating standards, assist the sales team, maintain organized stock, and coordinate with management on stock levels and quality issues. This role supports a luxury retail environment and requires prior stock experience.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience in a stock/stockroom role in retail.
• Highly organized, rigorous, and reliable.
• Proficient with retail POS systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to achieve results.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise with sales and management.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Set the example of operation excellence by following policies & maintaining tools.
• Maintain clean, organized inventories in stockroom and on selling floor.
• Assist sales team with size runs, cash register help, stock checks.
• Communicate stock levels and quality issues to management.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate representation of sizes/styles.
• Prepare shipping/receiving tasks efficiently.
• Prepare documentation for uniforms when authorized.
• Comply with fire, health, and safety regulations.
• Monitor store supplies and communicate order needs.
• Prepare inventories and analyze results.
