Prada Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Inventory Controller to ensure accurate valuation, cost control and month-end closing for inventory. You will oversee stock movements, reconcile inventories, and support cross-functional teams in optimizing inventory management in a luxury fashion environment.

The role requires strong accounting foundations, advanced Excel and BI tool usage, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• 5/6 years of experience in Industrial Inventory Controlling preferably in fashion/structured organizations.
• Strong accounting and finance foundation around inventory and COGS.
• Excellent command of Italian and English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Ensure period cost calculation process (manufacturing and purchasing) for Industrial Area and system maintenance.
• Product cost variations analysis: average cost vs last month, vs standard, vs actual.
• Ensure stock in transit, including sales and returns cut off, is properly monitored and confirmed monthly.
• Ensure timely, accurate and complete month end close activities for inventory, related inventory reserve and COGS including reconciliations and roll-forwards.
• Ensure depreciation policy is properly applied/calculated and provide monthly delta analysis.
• Ensure standard gross margin is correctly calculated with monthly analysis and reconciliations between statutory and analytical balance sheet.
• Prepare monthly reporting for executive committee.
• Audit support during stock take and statutory closing activities.
• Oversee inventory movements and stock reconciliation; supervise production orders in collaboration with procurement and planning.
