Diesel in Rome is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and deliver a premium client experience. You will support the Store Manager, lead a high-performing team, and implement action plans to boost performance across product categories and client tiers.

Fluency in Italian and English is required; previous luxury retail leadership and strong KPI experience are essential. This is a full-time role offering a permanent contract, employee discounts, and development opportunities.

• At least 2 years in a managerial role in luxury retail.
• Proven track record in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
• Fluent Italian and English; other languages a plus.
• Experience in store operations and customer relations.
